Key Responsibilities:

Provide solutions and configure solutions in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll. Configuration of Payroll fast formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards. Supporting business during Payroll run Working with Oracle SRs guiding SR to resolution. Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll to meet business requirements and document application set-ups.

Key Skills/Knowledge:

Implementation experience of Oracle HCM Cloud including Core HR, Global Payroll and UK Payroll  is essential. Strong configuration skills in fast formula, element design, payroll process flows and calculation cards. Should be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of the Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll module and an awareness of how payroll integrates with other Oracle HCM modules including Recruitment, HR Core; Benefits, Compensation and Absence Management. Have detailed knowledge of UK payroll legislation; payroll processing, including manual calculations; year-end processes and an understanding of HMRC and other external agencies’ requirements and associated submissions in relation to payroll processing, eg. RTI, BACS, and pensions. Have a good knowledge of reporting and data extraction tools, . OTBI, BI Publisher and a thorough working knowledge of Excel, in particular formulas and v-lookups to reconcile, manipulate and analyse data. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial in this role as well as having strong numerical and analytical skills.

Experience/Qualification Required:

Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification Overall understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules and their interdependencies with the payroll module. Excellent presentation, written and oral, communication skills. Good stakeholder/customer management skills
