Job summary

To support delivery of the Outpatient Transformation Programme through:

Supporting Project Managers to maintain effective project management and reporting arrangements. Supporting individual projects to help deliver their anticipated benefits by helping project managers and the transformation team. Assist with the creation of regular reports for the project/programme so that outcomes can be measured. Provide Administrative support to the Outpatient Transformation team. Tasks to include arranging meetings and workshops as required with internal staff and external organisations liaising with the Local Authorities, NHS England and other/any organisations. Take accurate, concise minutes for projects and other meetings as required. Act as a first point of contact for the Outpatient transformation team. The post holder will be required to work with colleagues across the Royal Devon University Healthcare Trust.

This role comprises a hybrid model of home and office based working. The Transformation team have offices located in Devonshire House, Barnstaple and in RDE Hospital (Wonford), Exeter.

This post offers an excellent opportunity for you to play a key role in delivering change with purpose which will directly improve the care we offer to the population of Devon.

This post provides project management support, this role is a key part of the Transformation Service and working to help maximise the opportunities to transform services, deliver care improvements and support, through the design and maintenance of an effective and disciplined programme and delivery framework.
