Requirements

· Client Relationship and Development:

Regularly interacts with clients, including clients at senior levels Expresses himself/herself well to clients and answers questions fluidly Earns client’s respect

· Client Delivery:

Delivers high-quality client outputs on time, more or less independently Seeks advice and counsel where needed Begins to mentor and direct the efforts of others

· Practice and Firm Development:

Plays a key role in practice or firm-building activities Regularly attends Third Friday.

· Consulting Behaviours:

Works independently with minimal oversight.  Identifies and seizes opportunities by taking decisive action Maintains flexibility on the job; adjusts schedule, tasks, and priorities when necessary. Demonstrates learnability. Shows willingness to step outside of comfort zone and take on new challenges and responsibilities. Engages in firm and practice building. Attends Third Friday, supports recruiting, participates in firm or practice level initiatives.

. Core Consulting skills

Masters written and oral communication skills – Minto/Pyramid principle, storyboarding, professional writing, presentation basics. Under guidance, makes convincing presentations and puts forward own ideas. Masters basic analytical skills – process mapping, pareto analysis, cause and effect analysis (fishbone diagrams), spider diagrams, etc. Masters basic client relationship skills. Uses effective questions and builds rapport. Actively listens to and responds to counterpart's needs.

. Beneficial to have below technical skills:

CRM (iSeries and Salesforce - Vlocity) and Matrixx OCS Billing and Mobile Applications IBM i-Series/AS400 and Mainframe BSS/OSS architecture. Migration to Cloud – Migrated Legacy (I-Series) Transformation of B2B Stack to the Salesforce Cloud.
