Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support throughout the full employment cycle, including organising interviews, issuing contracts, onboarding employees and general HR admin.
  • Ensuring all HR records are kept up to date and compliant with GDPR.
  • Process contractual and non-contractual terms and conditions changes.
  • Ensure absence management processes are followed effectively.
  • Monitor absences and provide reports to the relevant manager.
  • Support the HR function with project work.
  • Support with the management of the HR mailbox and dealing with general queries.
  • Production of accurate HR reports.
  • Input and maintenance of data onto HR systems.
  • Organising, co-ordinating and recording all training.
  • Processing contract changes.
  • Support the HR function to coordinate HR employee engagement events.
  • General ad hoc administration.

Additional Information

Many of our team work flexible hours. For this role, we are open to discussing the possibility of reduced hours, flexible start and finish times, or compressed hours.

This role is located at our main site in Forth, Lanark with occasional travel to our site in Falkirk.
