Position:

- HSQE Administrator

Our valued client base includes some of the UK’s foremost main contractors and developers, which enables us to work across different sectors, including Agriculture, Commercial, Education, Health, Industrial, Oil and Gas and Retail.

Due to continuous expansion, we are seeking a HSQE Administrator to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To assist in maintaining the training matrix for workshop and office, ensuring new starts and leavers are added/removed from the matrix. Add all training documentation to the employee folders and review training requirements with Department Heads.
- To assist with the implementation of all workshop risk assessments, along with HSQE team.
- To assist with inductions by attending inductions given by managers and Supervisors.
- To assist in developing a positive safety culture across the business.
- File all accident / incident reports.
- Review along with HSQE team the contents of the see it share it cards.
- Proactively encourage the reporting of near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to drive responsibility for improvement to all employees.
- Assist in Improving employee engagement at all levels on all Health, Safety related matters, to influence change and promote a positive pro-active culture.
- Assist in review First aid stock levels and report to HSQE manager on all purchasing requirements.
- Assist in reviewing first aid / Fire Marshall boards to ensure these are up to date in line with training matrix.
- Contribute to safety committee meetings along with taking the minutes.
- Contribute and assist with internal and external audits where needed.
- Organise meetings for HSEQ Manager.
- Provide administrative support in safety, health, environment, and quality matters in

conjunction with the HSQE team.
- Providing administration support for pre-qualification submissions.
- Assist in ensuring that all certification is in date.
- Organising External Audits for HSQE Manager.

**Key Skills**
- An interest in health and safety would be beneficial but not essential.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word programs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have a strong ability to manage their own workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proactive, reliability and punctuality are key in this role as is excellent attention to detail.
