Job Summary: 

We are currently seeking a dynamic and seasoned Presales/Solutions Consulting leader to join our team as the Head of Solutions Consulting, based out of our London office. 

This role will involve managing a team of solutions consultants spanning our UK, Europe and APAC locations. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced leaders in the technology consulting space, looking for their next challenge with a rapidly growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a highly skilled team of solutions consultants across our UK, Europe, and APAC offices.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals, partnering closely with our Regional Sales Leaders on quota coverage, target alignment and revenue. 

Drive team effectiveness by focusing on coaching, mentoring, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team motivation.

Act as an expert in solution consulting to identify client needs and develop a suitable solution.

Foster a collaborative and communicative environment within your team as well as with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.

Provide guidance on complex client challenges and offer impactful, strategic solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Promote continuous professional development within your team.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field. Master's Degree is preferred.

Proven experience in a senior consulting role or in a similar role managing cross-functional teams.

Proficient leadership and team-building skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing a team to reach their full potential.

Exceptional decision-making, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrable ability to develop, implement and monitor strategic plans.

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Strong knowledge in the technology consulting field along with comprehensive understanding of the industry trends and challenges. (Investment/Asset Management SaaS solutions experience, advantageous) 

Willingness to travel as required.
