Job summary

We are looking for an experienced practice nurse to join our friendly sociable nurse team to work on Thursday's and Friday's around 16 hours a week.

Main duties of the job

The role would include Childhood immunisation, Cervical Cytology, Travel Health, Wound Care, Hypertensive checks, Ambulatory blood pressure, Dopplers etc.

Chronic disease management of COPD/Asthma would be preferable, but training within this would be offered for a candidate with good practice nurse expereince.

We are a 14,000 patient practice situated in AMERSHAM within walking distance of the train station.

We have a lovely friendly team or 3 nurses, 1 Assistant Practitioner and 1 Trainee Nursing associate, 3 GP Partners and 5 Salaried GP's.
