We are looking for a Service Coordinator with strong organisational skills, to take ownership for coordinating our service support teams, ensuring that our customers maintenance and repairs are met with great customer service and a timely response.

How you will do it :

Overall Engineer scheduling

Engineers Utilisation (Time & Attendance)

Engineer Planner Management

Engineer Timesheet Processing

Raising Jobs – Maintenance, Quoted & Reactive

Parts Ordering

Communicating with Customers (Verbally and in Writing)

Obtaining Customer POs

Key Customers - System Management

Maintaining Customer KPIs

Customer Invoicing

Customer Quotations / Estimates (Driven from Engineer Timesheets)

WIP Management

Maintaining Engineer Training Matrix

Accounts Receivable / Payable Management

EHS Management

FGAS Legislation Compliance

Strong organisational skills

Focus on customer engagement & management

Ability to prioritise workload

Capable of working without documented procedures and with limited supervision.

A committed ‘can do’ positive attitude with the ability to integrate and work as a member of a team

A willingness / ability to adapt and learn in an ever-changing environment
