Are you looking for a busy and involved Finance role where you can use your previous Accounts experience ?

Would you like to work for a successful business at their offices on the outskirts of Winchester ?

If so this is the role for you

Working as part of the Finance and Accounts team you will responsible for the Accounts Payable function as well as fully involved in all aspects of a busy finance role, key duties will include :-

  • Reviewing and reconciling incoming invoices
  • Maintaining up to date records of all invoices and receipts
  • Analysis of transactions and records to comply with financial policies and procedures
  • Verifying billing and requisitions
  • Processing all invoices
  • Dealing with supplier queries and payment requests
  • Remind clients to make timely payments and develop a rapport with ongoing accounts
  • Identify and address discrepancies in all documentation
  • Update relevant finance forecasting spreadsheets
  • Assist the Finance Team and Finance Director as required

This is an exceptional opportunity for a capable and organised Accounts person looking for their next career step.

The role is fully office based although their may be the opportunity for hybrid working after the successful completion of your probation period.

Due to the location of the office candidates will need to have their own transport.
