Nursing Home Facilities Coordinator - Cheshire
Contract Type: Permanent- Full Time - Car Driver Essential
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week
Location: Eden Mansions Nursing Home, Station Road, Styal, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 4HD.
Grosvenor Villas Nursing Home, Lightfoot Street, Hoole, Chester, Cheshire CH2 3AD.
Salary: £14.00 to £15.00 per hour (rate of pay is offered based on experience and interview outcome).

Job Description:
Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
Oversee staff on a daily basis
Audit cleanliness of the homes by checking the quality of cleaning in rooms and common areas, including stairways and lounge areas.
Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, hygiene standards and green energy saving measures.
Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job.
Carry out regular servicing and testing of equipment as required by government legislation
Monitor and replenish cleaning product stock including floor cleaner, bleach and rubber gloves etc.
.Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas.
Required Skills, Abilities and Experience:
Enthusiasm and Energy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to make decisions and prioritize workload
Experience working as a housekeeper supervisor, housekeeper or similar role
. Full UK Driving License and car essential, as travel between the homes is a requirement of the position.
