As a Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to the executives and senior management team, ensuring their schedules run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and conducting research on behalf of the executives.

In addition to administrative tasks, you may also be required to assist with special projects and events, and provide support to other team members as needed.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, excellent organisational and multitasking skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Westbury, Wiltshire.

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and workloads
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
