What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Handy Person/Support Operative. This role is at the heart of our Auto Services business, and we're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, upbeat, and committed to delivering top-notch repair services.
As a Support Operative/Valet, you'll bring your previous experience, skills, and knowledge to the team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy staying busy, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support departments when resource issues arise in Transport and the parts department, requiring a valid driving license.
- General Site Maintenance (DIY skills) and Health and Site Reporting (site walks/audits).
- Keep the site and yard clean and tidy, ensuring skips are emptied, and assist in the valeting area when needed.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of maintenance processes.
- Identify problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Respond positively to requests for help and support.
- Ability to work to targets and deadlines.
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements.
