**Personal Assistant**

**Rewards**

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. The starting salary for a Personal Assistant is £23,151,49 per annum (pro rata for part time). We will pay up to an additional 4% of your salary into a pension plan for you, which will grow every year until you retire.

You will have a chance to progress. We give you training and help you gain your care certificate and Diploma qualifications.

That’s not all. You’ll get twenty days paid holiday plus eight statutory bank holidays.

**Who do you report to?**

On a day-to-day basis, you will be working under the direction of a Team Leader, but accountable to a Unit Manager

**The hours**

Monday - Friday 8.30-4.30

**The essential purpose of this job**

You will:

- Help to make sure our physical environment is happy and stimulating
- Support service users to engage in a choice of activities etc. This can be in base or out in the local community
- Support and assist with any moving and positioning equipment maintaining their dignity and respect
- Administer medication in accordance with individual plans
- Respond and report on any incidents or concerns that arise in accordance with health and safety, safeguarding and other relevant incident management processes
