Day Shift:07:00 AM to 07:00 PM


The Manufacturing Associate is responsible forthe manufacture of therapeutic proteins (API) under cGMPconditions.

  • Associates are expectedto execute process recipes follow written procedures (SOPs) monitorequipment and processes perform basic laboratory tasks including pHconductivity and sampling and conduct routine sanitization tasks tomaintain facility and equipment.
  • They areexpected to attain a basic understanding of cGMP compliance whiletraining under close supervision demonstrating aseptic techniquesin handling of products and materials.
  • Set upoperate equipment and monitor production processes includingcleaninplace (CIP) and steaminplace (SIP) operations and reportproduction in written and electronic documents by goodmanufacturing practice (GMPs) and good documentation procedures(GDPs) review documentation as appropriate.
  • Attain qualification for all assigned tasks and maintainindividual training plan.
  • Perform basiclaboratory tasks such as monitoring pH and conductivity testingproduct samples etc.
  • Perform materialmovements and transfer raw materials and chemicals into out of andacross the production areas.
  • Maintain facilityand equipment through routine cleaning and sanitization andsupported 6S programs.
  • Must be willing to gownand work in a clean room environment.
  • Administrative tasks attending shift exchange meetingssending/receiving emails participating in projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
