About The Role

What YOU will be doing:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

  • Assisting with personal care tasks such as medication, washing/bathing, oral hygiene, and dressing.

  • Supporting clients with daily tasks, including meal preparation and general housekeeping.

  • Offering choices for social activities, accompanying clients to lead meaningful lives, providing emotional support, and promoting independence.

  • Building positive relationships with clients' families, loved ones, and other professionals involved in their support.

About YOU:

Essential:

  • At least two years of care experience.

  • Ability to work an average of 8-week blocks on duty.

  • Attendance at induction and refresher training at our dedicated training centers.

  • Empower individuals to make their own decisions and choices.

  • Provide dignified assistance with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing, and medication.

  • Offer physical and emotional support to those in your care.

  • Enable participation in daily living tasks and activities.

  • Assist with healthcare and personal appointments.

  • Foster positive relationships with individuals, their families, colleagues, and other professionals.

  • Confidence in using mobile technology to record and deliver care.
