Job Description

The Workshop Channel Marketing Manager is the marketing expert for a group of customers in the automotive aftermarket workshop sales channel in the UK and Ireland and drives the sales channel related activities with those customers. Channel marketing puts several products and services in one channel specific package and attach the price tag before it is handed over to the sales team. Tasks are the strategic distribution development in a particular channel, channel specific portfolio management, channel specific pricing structure as well as campaigns and promotions.

Main Responsibilities:

Channel Strategy Alignment with EU channel teams and sub-regional implementation
Channel expert
Definition of channel requirements to the Product Specialists / EU channel teams
Market / Competitor Intelligence and analysis (channel activities)
Multiple product line campaign / communication materials (Parts, Diagnostics and Workshop Services) including making sure websites contain up to date material
Roll out of product specific marketing campaigns
Promotional pricing
Develop and maintain logical and transparent price condition management for channel
Brand infringement management and customer support for use of Bosch brands
Management and planning of customer marketing budgets
Creation of brief for Bosch requirements at channel exhibitions / events
Project management of events

Qualifications

5 years experience in the automotive industry Comprehensive marketing and sales background Sound understanding of financial processes, P+L structure and KPI's Ideally already connected with main players/customers in the channel Experience in leading cross-functional projects Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies Qualified in Marketing and Sales instruments Experienced in tactical decision making with regards to "go to market" strategies Excellent presentation skills Project Management skills
