Job summary

An exciting opportunity to work for South Manchester Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) as an Administration Manager, whilst also managing the administrative duties and liaising with other teams to ensure the building runs smoothly.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and well organised individual, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will need to work flexibly and apply a methodical approach to a varied workload. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. A friendly and conscientious outlook is also required as is the ability to liaise with all levels of staff and patients.

This role is Monday - Friday, hours and is based at the Carol Kendrick Centre, Wythenshawe.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will support the South Manchester CAMHS Service Manager and Senior Leadership Team in the operational management of the services. This includes supporting the delivery of performance targets, including waiting time targets, contracted activity levels, finance, standards and quality of services.

You will provide supervision and support to the administration team, ensuring all administration processes are streamlined.

In addition, the post holder will provide information and produce reports, complaint responses, briefing notes etc. as required and represent South Manchester CAMHS at meetings ensuring information is fed back to the Service Manager.
