WHAT TO EXPECT

JLR have a new and exciting opportunity for a Commercial Product Manager to support JLR’s new cross brand client orientated app as well as our existing App portfolio. 

The app will redefine the customer experience and how JLR as a luxury brand will improve their journey from introduction through to spec, and personalisation of their product. The purchasing process, and ownership of the product for consumers, will be reimagined, automating and improving their experience and day to day lifestyle. 

You will be responsible for the in-life commercial management of our key apps, with a core focus on managing the exploitation of them by our markets and regions. Working directly with the market teams and the Market Activation teams, you will be responsible for managing all market & client feedback, opportunities, and challenges back to the In-Life developer team.

This will ensure that our product backlog reflects the changing client, market, and commercial demands of our business. 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Being the direct commercial and market interface for our ‘in-life’ apps – working with Market Colleagues, Commercial Leads, Customer Service Leads, and the Market Activation team.  Working Directly with the Head of Commercial Apps (CX) and other One App PO’s – co-delivering our vision for JLR Consumer Apps. Driving dynamic market and client feedback into our product backlogs – bridging the traditional and agile organisations.  You will work with the Market Activation team, facilitating training, comms, and operating model as we deliver future releases.  Developing strategies and processes to manage our legacy app portfolio. 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

Highly effective Stakeholder Management experience – including experience of operating in a multi-market environment.  The ability to influence these stakeholders – driving client satisfaction and enterprise value.  An interest for new and emerging technology and a passion as how this can deliver a Modern Luxury client experience.  A strong understanding of the JLR brand/principles.  Proven experience of escalating and resolving issues in a timely manner, collaborating with cross functional teams.  An understanding of interfacing with Agile processes
