About the role:

We now have an opportunity for a Process Support Manager to join us and spearhead the transition and optimisation of critical processes. We are embarking on a number of transformative projects to modernise our operations, moving from legacy processes to industry-standard practices. This journey promises innovation, growth, and the chance to make a lasting impact. 

As a Process Support Manager for space, you will be managing the transition and creation of our process flows in regard to master data, supply chain and space planning within our food business. You'll also be supporting the transition away from legacy technology to supporting the business implementing an industry leading space planning and category management tool. Additionally, you'll carry out tasks such as:

Taking responsibility for documenting processes in relation to master data, supply chain and space planning management within our food trading area. Identifying and mitigating any processes that will be impacted by the changes implemented.  Creating and embedding any new processes within the team ensuring continuity of normal trading activity throughout.  Taking responsibility for ideation in relation to issues and risks that materialize throughout the duration of the change programme. 
Coaching the team through the journey of change using your subject matter expertise in regard to master data, supply chain and space planning management.
Building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders whilst demonstrating high quality influencing skills; supplying them with insight, data and suggested processes to deliver the project outputs.  For a full breakdown of responsibilites, please refer to the job description which is available as a download on this page. About You

Due to the fast-paced and energised nature of our stores, this role will need you to work with enthusiasm, pace, and initiative and will demonstrate the standards and behaviours that you want to see in your colleagues at all times. You’ll need to show us:

Experience using space planning and category management tools within a retail environment.  Experience in managing change, preferably within the processes impacting the aforementioned applications. Proven experience in relevant market sector is desirable.  Robust planning, organisation, judgment and analytical skills using a pro-active approach.
Experience in mapping out process flows and identification of gaps and mitigation plans. 
Analytical, data driven approach with an attention to detail – preferably with previous category management experience. 
Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels.
Be highly data literate with experience of writing clear, concise, financial based reports. 
Ability to work effectively, cross functionally and in collaboration to achieve shared goals and deliver project outputs. 
Strong IT skills, particularly in relation to data management analysis systems and Microsoft Access.  That you can help us achieve our purpose by being inspiring, helpful, and trustworthy
