Reception and Facilities Assistant

We have an opportunity for a professional and competent reception and facilities assistant to join our team in our central Bristol office. You will understand the needs of our client group and promote the values and principles of our organisation with every interaction.

You will work alongside reception and facilities colleagues to provide an effective service for clients and staff. You will assist with general office tasks, distribute IT and office equipment, maintain the cleanliness of communal areas and conduct routine health and safety checks.

Good computer and administrative skills plus customer service experience are essential in this busy and varied role.

In return we offer excellent benefits, including a starting point of 26 days annual leave that rises to 31 days dependent on length of service, as well as learning and development opportunities.
