What will you be doing?
Driving the delivery of the program through active management ensuring milestones are met to time, cost and quality. Lead in the development and implementation of program plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Collaborate and foster constructive working relationships within the UK Technology team. Work collaboratively and constructively within UK Digital & IT to ensure delivery of the assigned programs. Work closely with internal stakeholders and project team to oversee the creation of program documentation, including, plans, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes. Maintaining strong relations and working closely with senior stakeholders across Vodafone and external partners in order to ensure alignment with the broader commercial objectives of the business.Who are we looking for?
Possessing understanding of frameworks ( Waterfall/Agile) and methodologies ( Prince2/ SAFe) Understanding of the application and software development lifecycle Technical change / transformation experience Experience of managing cross-cultural teams Leadership – ability to manage, motivate & develop a direct team and in a matrix environment. Resilience - adapting to difficult or challenging experiences through behavioural flexibility and adjustment to external and internal demands.
