About the Role

The IT Service Lead will play a crucial role in managing the employee IT experience, ensuring seamless integration with our external IT Managed Service Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Service Management: Oversee the management of local assets and inventory, onboarding and offboarding IT processes, incident management, and escalation procedures.
  • Software Deployment and Management: Ensure the effective deployment and management of software across the organization.
  • Mobile Device Management: Implement and manage Microsoft Intune and group policies to ensure secure and efficient mobile device management.
  • Cyber Awareness and Phishing Simulation: Develop and implement strategies to enhance cyber awareness and phishing simulation across the organization.
  • End User Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive end-user documentation and training programs.
  • IT Security Incident Management: Develop and implement incident response plans to ensure timely and effective response to IT security incidents.
Business Operation Support
  • Privileged Access Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of privileged access to ensure compliance with security policies.
  • Regular Service and Commercial Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of IT services and commercial agreements to ensure optimal value.
  • Internal Stakeholder Requirement Management: Manage internal stakeholder requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • IT Operational Communications: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless IT operational communications.
  • IT Governance, Policies, and Handbooks: Develop and maintain IT governance policies, procedures, and handbooks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement business continuity plans and disaster recovery strategies to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience working in an ITIL environment, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles.
  • International Business Experience: Experience working in an international business environment, with a strong understanding of cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • IT Service Management Tools: Proficiency in IT service management tools and software, with a strong understanding of their application in a business environment.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work well within cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • Broad IT Experience: Broad experience across infrastructure, network, and operating systems, with a strong understanding of their application in a business environment.
  • Outsourced IT Partners: Experience managing outsourced IT partners, with a strong understanding of their role in supporting business operations.
