Job Title: Customer Service Manager Technical

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager Technical to join our client, a renowned food manufacturer, in their mission to deliver exceptional customer service and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complaint Management: Oversee the customer complaint system, providing data-driven insights and corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrences.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including NPD, commercial, and operational departments, to develop safe, legal, and innovative products that meet customer codes of practice.

Requirements:

  • Food Safety Level 3: A strong understanding of food safety principles and practices.
  • HACCP Level 3: Experience with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) systems.
  • Customer Technical Management Experience: Proven track record of managing customer technical relationships and resolving complex issues.
  • Hosting Audits and People Management: Ability to host audits and manage teams effectively.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Food Safety Level 4: Advanced knowledge of food safety principles and practices.
  • HACCP Level 4: Expertise in HACCP systems and implementation.
  • Degree in a Food-Related Discipline: A degree in a relevant field, such as food science or technology.
  • Knowledge of CIMSCEE and Retailer Standards: Familiarity with CIMSCEE and specific retailer standards.
