TPF Recruitment iscurrently working with a leading firm of chartered accountants inKent who are looking for a Personal Tax Senior to join theirexperienced team in their Sidcup office. This role is ideally fulltime but parttime candidates will be consideredtoo.

As a Personal Tax Senior your role willinclude:
  • Youwill be allocated a portfolio of personal tax clients includingsole traders partnerships and directors relevant to your skills andexperience.
  • Providea point of contact for clients in relation to tax compliance.
  • Assistthe partners and accounts team with adhoc queries.
  • Prepareand file selfassessment tax returns and ensure compliance deadlinesare met.
  • Prepareand file forms P11D and P11D(b)
  • Assistwith the preparation of R&D reports
  • Assistwith HMRC tax enquiries
  • Predominantlyofficebased but with some flexibility for home working.
  • Opportunityto broaden your experience and work within a supportive taxteam.

RequirementsPersonalTax Senior SidcupKent
  • Youmay be AAT or ATT qualified studying ATT/CTA/ACA/ACCA or you willhave developed a personal tax career within accountancy practice orspecialist tax firm through experience todate.
  • Yourexperience will have been developed in an accountancy firm of anysize or specialist tax firm delivering personal tax compliance towide ranging clients as a personal tax specialist or you may have amore mixed accounts/tax background interested in specialisingwithin personal tax movingforward.

The Personal Tax Manager will be: ACCA, ATT, or CTA qualification.Significant experience in a tax role within a practice environment.Confidence in a client-facing role. Strong technical knowledge ofpersonal tax regulations and compliance. The ability to mentor andguide junior staff members. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
