We are seeking to recruit a creative and pro-active Volunteer Co-ordinator to recruit, train, supervise, develop and support a team of skilled volunteers for Adavu as we support survivors of modern slavery in the region rebuild their lives.

VOLUNTEER CO-ORDINATOR
ADAVU
(16 hours a week)
Salary: £10,240 p/a (pro-rated from equivalent full-time salary of £24,000 p/a)
Based at: Office in Balsall Heath, Birmingham, with some occasional travel throughout the West Midlands and UK as required. Occasional home working possible by agreement with Management.

Adavu is a registered charity (CIO no. 1199391) which responds to modern slavery in the West Midlands. Our main area of work is offering long-term support and advocacy for adult survivors of modern slavery. We currently employ two support workers and a wellbeing worker. We are seeking to recruit a creative and pro-active Volunteer Co-ordinator to recruit, train, supervise, develop and support a team of skilled volunteers to provide additional capacity to Adavu’s work.
