We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Volunteer Co-ordinator to recruit, train, supervise, and support a team of dedicated volunteers at Adavu. Our focus is on assisting survivors of modern slavery in the region to rebuild their lives.

  • Position: Volunteer Co-ordinator
  • Company: Adavu
  • Hours: 16 hours per week
  • Salary: £10,240 per year (pro-rated from full-time equivalent of £24,000 per year)
  • Location: Office in Balsall Heath, Birmingham, with occasional travel within West Midlands and UK

Adavu is a charitable organization dedicated to supporting survivors of modern slavery in the West Midlands. We provide long-term assistance and advocacy for adult survivors. Currently, our team consists of two support workers and a wellbeing worker.

We need a creative Volunteer Co-ordinator to enhance our team by recruiting, training, and developing skilled volunteers.
