Key Accountabilities
In this role, you will coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution, delivering all projects on time, within scope, and within budget. You will develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility, and ensure resource availability and allocation.
Your responsibilities include developing detailed project plans to track progress and key milestones, utilising verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. You will report and escalate issues to management as necessary, manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders, and perform risk management to minimise project risks. Additionally, you will establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors, create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and produce monthly status reports.
Skills and Experience Required
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, civil, chemical) from an accredited institution. Technical Skills: Solid understanding of engineering principles, proficiency in relevant software/tools, and familiarity with industry standards. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill: Exceptional ability to analyse complex issues and devise effective solutions. Experience: Internship or co-op experience in a related field is highly desirable but not essential Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities Teamwork and Collaboration: Proven track record of successful teamwork Soft Skills: Critical thinking, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.Benefits
