ProGen Services are looking for a junior estimator to join our team.

**The Role**
- Work alongside and be trained to estimate mechanical and electrical tenders
- Ensure tenders are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed standards
- Perform technical review of services, products and subcontractors within tenders alongside our team.
- Effective communication with senior management, designers, consultants,clients/Architects and project team.
- Directly engage key suppliers and sub-contractors for costs relating to a project
- Taking off drawings and measuring for estimates
- Find innovative methods, use of materials & safe systems of work which will impact heavily on the tender costs
- Perform regular reviews of drawings / document control on site, ensuring the correct versions are being used
- Assist the with value management and value engineering

**Essential Qualification / Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills, personal confidence
- Excellent I.T skills with proven use of excel speadsheets
- Exceptional skills in managing a heavy workload
- Ability to work under own initiative or as part of a larger team
- Excellent communication skills
- Very accurate attention to detail
- Professional manner with keen negotiating skills

Pay: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
