Job Details
Support our overall reward and benefits offering remains relevant, competitive, fit for purpose and reflects the needs of the business as well as recommending & driving changes
Provide guidance, counsel and subject matter expertise to the HR function and business colleagues, to deliver relevant, commercial and effective solutions
Lead the annual pay and bonus cycle, ensuring that areas of responsibility, including effective salary benchmarking and relevant data analysis and research, are delivered to execute this effectively
Management of the annual benefits election process in line with required timetables and support executive remuneration agenda, ensuring the business is compliant with relevant regulatory requirements
Manage and oversee the benchmarking and market data framework in partnership with the relevant HR and business areas, taking into account the broader Organisation Design
Responsible for HR year end reporting, including input into annual statutory reports, gender pay gap, and ad-hoc reporting requirements
Undertake additional discreet projects providing input to the Reward strategy as required
Ensure that you (and any direct reports) are meeting customers’ fair and reasonable expectations and deliver good outcomes
Skills we would love you to have
Analytical thinker with excellent decision-making skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Strong Microsoft Excel capability
Solid data management and presentation of information to meet stakeholder requirements
Good contracting/consulting skills (internally and externally) to ensure projects and work are delivered
Experience of using Workday or similar HR System

Salary – Attractive salary based on experience (pay reviews also completed each year)
