Administrator - Operations Department
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £12.34 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Immediate Start Available
We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Administrator to join our Operations team in a temporary role that has potential to become permanent role. If you're a proactive individual who enjoys multi-tasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Departmental Support: Provide administrative support across various teams, assisting with day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth work flows.
- Goods In and Goods Out: Manage the processing of incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
- Cross-Department Communication: Liaise with different departments to ensure information is shared accurately and efficiently.
- General Administration: Handle data entry, filing, and administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in all tasks, particularly in documentation and inventory management.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Be a proactive and effective communicator, working well in a team.
- Be able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Be eager to learn - we provide full training to the right candidate
- Experience with SAP
