Introduction
We are seeking high-performing, passionate and enthusiasticCustomer Service Advisors to join us on our journey of growth and expansioninto the European market.

Our German line service hours are Monday to Friday 8am to5pm and you will work a 7.5 hour shift within these times each day. Thestandard working pattern will be 37.5 hours per week (5 days per week). Youwill work shifts on a rotation basis including public holidays.
Key Roles andResponsibilities
Serve clients in our energetic contact centre ondifferent Trip.com Hotel products and answer questions on their bookings; Solve problems for clients via Call, Chat andEmail; Handle customer problems with empathy andpatience in a goal-driven environment; Work as part of a high-performing team,supporting and helping colleagues when required; Attend regular team huddles; Keep up-to-date with latest promotions andinitiatives; Read, understand and follow the Company Policiesand Procedures; Assist in ad hoc assigned projects.Qualifications
At least 2 year of call centre work experience; Strong communication skills, must be fluent inEnglish and German both written and spoken; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications,such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and sound general computer skills; Proficient typing abilities; Sound troubleshooting and problem-solving skillswith a strong desire to achieve positive outcomes; Ability to listen and build rapport quickly; Enthusiastic yet conscientious and diligentapproach to work; Completer-finisher with a good attention todetail.Why Trip.com Group
