Deputy Nursery Manager

Salary: Up to £29,000

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the efficient operation of our client's nursery. As a Deputy Nursery Manager will work closely with the Nursery Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education for young children. This role requires a passion for early childhood development, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create a safe and inclusive environment for children and staff.

The Nursery is large with 3 age-appropriate rooms and extensive outdoor areas offering plenty of space to explore.

Qualifications
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a nursery setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of early childhood education and development.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within the nursery environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in childcare.
