Job Title: Deputy Manager for Children's Home
Job Description:
SMarter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join their team in Tunstall. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a well-established organization with multiple homes.
The role will involve working in a brand new home, providing a chance to be part of the team from the beginning. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing rotas, children's care plans, supervisions, home maintenance, team management, and administrative tasks.
The working hours will be 174 hours per month, plus sleep-ins. The salary will be between £36,000-£39,000, depending on experience, and £55.00 per sleep-in.
Benefits:
- £150 full attendance bonus every 6 months

- Employee of the quarter 1 full day annual leave - agreed by line manager
- Employee of the year £200 cash bonus and full day annual leave
- Additional 1 year of service once every year completed - capped after 5 years
