Job Title: Registered Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in the Stafford area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in older people or dementia care, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve outstanding care and quality
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management skills and excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve outstanding care and deliver the highest quality person-centred care
