This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established team and to work closely with the Nursery Manager and a professional team.

The nursery has an excellent reputation and we want to maintain the excellent standards that the nursery have already been accredited for.

You will be someone who is mature, experienced and focused on delivering excellent standards with a natural ability to work as part of a team and always be willing to go above and beyond for our wonderful families.

Main Duties
- Answering the telephone
- Managing enquires and booking in prospective parents in for show arounds and supporting with the registration process.
- Ensure the manager is aware of any appointments in the diary
- Organising meetings for key workers/manager
- Organising staff and children files and updating all relevant paper work.
- Taking minutes at staff meetings
- Completing funding forms with parents
- Uploading job adverts
- Proof reading forms and letters

**Skills**:

- Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Have an understanding of confidentiality and the protocols of information sharing and the data protection act

DBS and references would be required as part of our safer recruitment checks.
