Role Summary

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Stroke Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team. We are a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team who take pride on being able to offer Stroke Specialist rehabilitation within patient's homes or non-acute healthcare settings. This role will also involve rotating into the stroke rehabilitation ward within the acute setting in the future to facilitate expert holistic experience across the whole stroke pathway.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Physiotherapist who has experince in Stroke Rehabilitaion. The delivery of gold standard stroke specific intensive therapy within the patient's own environment is our focus along with their timely discharge from the acute setting. 

The successful candidate will be working within a smaller cluster but will be expected to cover any area of the catchment area therefore there maybe times of a significant amount of driving during their working day.

There will be an expectation of working closely with the acute therapy team especially during times of operational pressure. Ward based induction will be provided.

The successful candidate will work closely with the rest of the multidisciplinary team and will forge close links with acute and community colleagues to ensure seamless continuation of patient centred goals. 

Working Pattern: hours per week, Monday to Friday : - : to include a Saturday rotation.
