Description du poste
En tant qu'HR Officer (H/F), en collaboration avec 5 coll gues HR Officer et sous la direction directe du HR Manager, vous aurez les missions suivantes :
Principales missions
1. Administration du personnel de plusieurs magasins travers le Benelux :
- Gestion de la paie.
- Point de contact pour toutes les questions RH des travailleurs.
- Traiter les documents RH quotidiens, y compris les rapports, les contrats, les avenants, les courriers, les accidents de travails, les mesures disciplinaires, ...
2. Optimisation de l'administration RH :
- Mener une veille juridique et sociale continue et participer la mise en place des adaptations.
- Saisir et g rer les donn es avec pr cision dans les syst mes de bases de donn es d di s l'administration RH et la gestion de la paie.
- Effectuer un contr le des prestations en r alisant des analyses d taill es.
- Collaborer avec les quipes de nos magasins pour g rer les dossiers RH, en veillant respecter les d lais fix s par l'entreprise.
3. Formation et d veloppement :
- Identification et suivi des besoins de formation, avec inscription des collaborateurs.
- Organisation efficace des sessions de formation.
- D veloppement et mise jour du plan de formation en accord avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- valuation de l'impact des formations pour optimiser leur efficacit et alignement strat gique.
Suivi des valuations annuelles et du d veloppement des collaborateurs
Qualifications
Connaissances et comp tences :
1/ Comp tences techniques
Bases solides en l gislation sociale belge. Ma trise de la l gislation sociale des Pays-Bas et du Luxembourg fortement appr ci e.
Ma trise des outils bureautiques et notamment du pack Office
Connaissance de la gestion administrative du temps de travail et des logiciels d di s (de type : Kronos, Presta)
Int r t marqu pour la formation continue et l' panouissement professionnel des individus
N erlandais et Anglais (niveau B2 min)
