Payroll Assistant

We are currently looking to recruit a Payroll Assistant, to work at our busy Head Office in Leicester. This is a demanding, fast paced role and requires the successful candidate to be extremely organised. Full training will be provided for the role. All we ask is that you have an interest in Payroll and are willing to learn the rest

A team player with a flexible attitude to work you will have a willingness to learn new procedures and practices and to assist other team members. You must possess the ability to communicate at all levels, be highly organised and work to deadlines.

Personal Attributes & Qualifications:

  • Possess GCSE level qualifications or equivalent in Maths and English
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Approachable, with a willingness to assist others
  • Flexible attitude to work
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Recent experience working in payroll and / or using a time & attendance system is desirable
