Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the end-to-end processing of a monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide support to the team for any escalated issues, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve complex payroll problems.
- Contribute to year-end and HMRC submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the Payroll Manager to review and improve processes and procedures, driving continuous improvement.
- Participate in ad-hoc payroll projects, applying your expertise to drive business outcomes.
- Conduct a thorough review of our current payroll systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
