Payroll Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team at Blusource Professional Services Ltd in Leicester. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payrolls for a variety of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Receiving payroll information from clients and processing the payroll on SAGE and Xero.
  2. Processing payrolls for a variety of clients.
  3. Liaising with clients to resolve payroll-related queries.
  4. Ensuring payrolls are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
  5. Checking figures calculated by the software to ensure that the correct PAYE/NI etc.
  6. Complying with TPR requirements including making the submissions to pension companies and TPR.
  7. Sending payroll information to clients including wages journals and other customised reports.
  8. Making payments of PAYE and Pension contributions as authorised by the clients.
  9. Registering PAYE and Pension Schemes.
