Faircare Counselling is seeking compassionate and dedicated online therapists to join our growing team. This remote position involves conducting 50-minute therapy sessions with clients, offering them the support and guidance they need from the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 50-minute online therapy sessions with clients
- Develop personalised goals for the clients
- Provide compassionate and professional mental health support
- Maintain accurate and timely client records
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
- Manage and support long-term clients
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience working with clients surrounding different issues
- Registered with a relevant body (e.g., BACP, UKCP)
