As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Wild Nutrition continues to be a fulfilling, purpose-driven place to work, where employees feel valued, engaged, and empowered to grow. In this role, you will manage all HR functions, oversee the employee lifecycle, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace.

What you’ll be doing:

HR Strategy

  • Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that align with Wild Nutrition’s goals and culture.
  • Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Own employee values evolution and deployment throughout the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies that promote a positive, fair, and inclusive work environment.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Partner with senior leadership and department heads to ensure alignment on people and culture strategies.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, championing our wellness council meetings, and action planning to ensure our culture continues to thrive as we continue to grow.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build a more inclusive workplace where all employees feel empowered.

Workplace Experience

  • Line manage the Workplace Experience Manager and ensure the development of programs that enhance employee well-being and workplace culture.
  • Ensure alignment between HR and the Workplace Experience team to create a unified employee experience.

People Development & Performance

  • Manage learning and development initiatives to help employees grow in their roles and careers.
  • Coach people managers on best practices for leading their teams effectively.
  • Oversee appraisal processes, including setting clear goals, providing feedback, and supporting employee growth.
  • Identify and implement initiatives to increase employee retention and development.

HR Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage employee benefits and ensure that our offerings remain competitive and supportive of employee well-being.
  • Support Line Managers with any complex employee relations issues and provide support for grievance and disciplinary processes.

Requirements

Essential skills we are looking for:

  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience. 
  • Proven experience in HR management, ideally within a growth-oriented or purpose-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employee engagement strategies, and employment law.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Highly effective cross-functional skills with demonstrable evidence of influencing peers and upwards.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for creating an inclusive and empowering workplace.
  • Experience managing DEI initiatives and promoting an inclusive company culture.
