As part of the Banking and International COO, the International Business Execution team is responsible for driving and executing business-critical and cross-franchise initiatives and programs. 

This role will support the International Business Routines pillar and lead on Strategic Content & Engagement by coordinating content for strategic presentations, such as Banking & International offsites, EMT-level meetings and other ad hoc meetings. It will lead the routines being implemented to track and monitor strategic priorities for International, including maximizing network flows and targeted country growth plans. The role will also lead on BAU processes designed to serve as key information flow and engagement between the International organization and senior-level executives.



Responsibilities:

Partner with key stakeholders, cluster and country teams to coordinate content for strategic presentations on behalf of International Act as quality control to ensure standards and content are appropriate for specific audiences Support the quarterly Banking & International offsites, including planning, content and execution Manage the International strategic priorities framework to track and monitor progress and execution Lead the EMT Country Sponsor process, coordinating with cluster and country teams to provide EMT-level briefings and supporting key engagement and insights across the network Drive operational, reporting and/or quality improvements within Business Routines through partnership with key stakeholders

Qualifications:

Experience in financial services Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders Analytical with ability to synthesize and distil complex information for senior audiences Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments

Education:

Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience Master's degree preferred
