Reporting to: Head of Account Management

Barry M Cosmetics is a leading player in the cosmetics industry, known for its innovation and commitment to creating high-quality colour cosmetics products. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Account Executive to join our team.

Reporting to the Head of Account Management, this role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of our export business, developing relationships with international clients, and driving sales growth in target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all export-related inquiries and needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's export business in international markets.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in target regions to establish new business relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure seamless execution of export orders and meet customer expectations.
  • Provide support to the Senior Team to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements in target regions to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience in retail/export sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
