KHR is partnered with a luxury manufacturerof bespoke products based in Dartford who is looking to add amotivated and detail-orientated Customer Service Executive to theirteam on a 6mftc.
The Customer ServiceExecutive will consistently provide high levels of customersatisfaction to a broad range of clients.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Placing orders via Sage
-Understand the processes and procedures to minimise input error andensure good customer service is given at all times
-Build sustainable relationships with customers
- Ensurecalls are answered promptly
- Provide customers withprice and stock availability requests
- Manage customercomplaints when they arise
- Undertake a range ofadministrative duties as and whenrequired
CandidateProfile
- Experience within a ContactCentre/Customer Service environment
- Excellentcommunication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactiveapproach and demonstrates a 'can do' attitude
- Good MSOffice skills
