We’re looking for a Group Management Accountant to join our Head Office team in Kings Hill, Kent

we're seeking a talented Group Management Accountant to play a pivotal role in shaping Westfalia Fruit International's financial future.

This is your chance to leverage your expertise in consolidation and financial analysis at a global scale. You'll lead the consolidation process for all Westfalia operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting that empowers strategic decision-making at the board level.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee & manage the entire consolidation process for Westfalia Fruit International's global operations, ensuring adherence to IFRS.
  • Lead the Finnivo consolidation system, including template development, data integrity, and user training.
  • Prepare accurate & timely consolidated financial statements (income, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Analyse consolidated data, identify trends & variances, and provide insightful commentary.
  • Partner with leadership to develop & maintain the 5-year financial plan and annual budget.
  • Conduct financial modelling & forecasting to assess strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and other relevant financial reporting regulations.
  • Liaise with external auditors for a smooth annual audit process.

Requirements

Essential

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in a group accounting role, with a strong track record in consolidation
  • Proven ability to analyse complex financial data and present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Experience working in a multinational environment with multiple currencies is highly beneficial
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and relevant financial regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Desirable

  • Prior experience in the FMCG or fresh produce industry is a plus
