All Source Systems Analyst

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our military every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a systems analyst, you use your specialized knowledge of critical factors analysis methodology, targeting, and military experience and your attention to detail to develop well-written intelligence products, provide briefings, and communicate complex information to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity for you to use those skills to support clients abroad.

As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help leaders understand threat systems, conduct critical factors analysis, identify centers of gravity, and leverage effects-based targeting methodology and a deep knowledge of the joint targeting process. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources while also identifying gaps to drive collection management. You’ll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters and planners. As the authority on systems analysis, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like identifying critical infrastructure, vulnerabilities, and gaps in knowledge to drive irregular warfare plans and operations while working with European partners and allies. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources to learn new skills and tools.

Work with us as we provide the right information at the right time to support the critical needs of our clients abroad.
