Identity Operations Analyst

The Opportunity:

As an intelligence analyst, you will work in a fast-paced environment to support client missions to provide identity operations support, identity intelligence, and investigative analyses. You'll support a Navy agency biometrics branch in providing biometrics-enabled and identity analysis to worldwide field offices and headquarters staff while supporting force protection, counter-threat, and law enforcement efforts. You will support a Navy agency’s missions by researching and analyzing IC, history, and equivalent databases. You'll provide government officers with recommendations based on research and analysis. You will use next-generation analytical tools and tradecraft to focus on international criminal activity, force protection, and national threats.

As an intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client understand their mission needs and enhance tactical and strategic analytic methods. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You’ll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for internal and external customers as well as Navy senior leadership. As the authority on your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

This is a chance to grow your expertise and develop new skills in biometric and identity intelligence and biometric collection opportunities while sharing your methodologies with other analysts. You Have: 

2+ years of experience with identity intelligence or all-source analysis

Experience with identity operation, operations support, or operations development

Experience with responding to requests for information and searching automated systems for data

Knowledge of HUMINT tools

Ability to work independently and manage and prioritize multiple work assignment

Ability to support shift work as the position supports a 24/7 operation

TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:

Experience with biometric-enabled intelligence tools

Master's degree

Biometric Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,600.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
