Are you ready to take the reins and steer our Revenue Operations function towards greater success? We're seeking a dynamic individual to oversee the daily operations, refine processes, and drive innovation projects to enhance our commercial capabilities.

Please note that this position requires a minimum of 2 days per week working in our Manchester office (M1 4DY). The specific 'office' days are flexible.

What will you be doing?

As our Revenue Operations Manager, you'll lead a talented team based in both the UK and India. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Team Management: Oversee our Revenue Operations team across various locations, ensuring efficient day-to-day deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Collaborate with key stakeholders to review and refine team outputs, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Programme Leadership: Lead the charge on significant programmes of work within the Revenue Operations function.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancement, driving forward projects to elevate Revenue Operations.
  • Line Management: Provide daily management and motivation to team members, inspiring exceptional performance.
  • Roadmap Development: Work closely with the Director to develop and execute a roadmap for Revenue Operations, charting our course to success.
  • Sales Coordination: Partner with Sales leaders to manage and finalise the sales bookings process, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other teams on joint initiatives and programmes, fostering a culture of teamwork.
  • System Management: Champion and manage the use of strategic systems such as Salesforce and Xactly Incent, providing vital support to our Commercial team.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake any other duties as agreed with the Director of Revenue Operations, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm.

What are we looking for?

We're seeking candidates with experience in Sales or Marketing Operations, proficiency with systems such as SalesForce, and a strong track record of success in preparing and presenting reports. A qualification in business, finance, or programme management would be desirable, as would experience or certification on the SalesForce platform.

To thrive in this role, you should also possess:


  • ​Strong skills in desktop packages, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in providing reports and queries using Excel.
  • Strong skills in using the SalesForce CRM tool.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
  • Understanding of a sales environment and well-organised approach.
  • Good people leadership skills with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
  • Ambition and a desire to progress in your career.
