We are excited to recruit on behalf of our esteemed client for experienced ServiceNow CSM Developers/Technical Consultants. Ideal candidates will possess extensive experience in ServiceNow development and have successfully executed at least one Customer Service Management (CSM) implementation. This role demands proficiency with core platform capabilities and the ability to lead technical workshops and design solutions in accordance with ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Lead and contribute to successful CSM implementations from start to finish.
  • Utilise core platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, Reports and Dashboards, Performance Analytics, Inbound Email Rules, and Workspace Configuration.
  • Conduct technical workshops, create detailed technical designs, and recommend solutions that align with ServiceNow best practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven track record of implementing at least one full CSM solution.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with core platform capabilities such as Flow Designer, Reports and Dashboards, Performance Analytics, Inbound Email Rules, and Workspace Configuration.
  • Expertise in conducting technical workshops, creating comprehensive technical designs, and recommending solutions in line with ServiceNow best practices.
